Hello! I'm Habard, and I'm creating Secrets of Sorcery. An adult visual novel.

You're moving to Dusuka city to attend Dusuka Academy, the most prestigious higher learning academy in the whole country. You're pretty excited, but you've never seen your adoptive mother looking as nervous as she did on the drive over...Something is wrong...Little do you know that soon revelations will shake your entire world to its core, and you'll find your very life at risk. Navigating this new normal, you'll meet 12 beautiful and complex characters. Getting to know them and growing closer throughout the game. Some of these new friendships may even blossom into more intimate relationships. Every character has a story for you to find your place in. (only female characters will have lewd content with your main character. As it's not something I am personally interested in, I don't feel I could do lewd scenes with the male characters justice.)
Secrets of Sorcery will be updated twice a month with new content.

Secrets of Sorcery is still in the early stages of its development. As the game grows, more content will be added, including:
- Story events. Moving the plot forward.
- Character events. As you learn about and get closer to characters.
- Lewd scenes. As your relationships grow into something more physical.
- Additional characters. A chance to meet more interesting people.
- Additional fetish content. You never know what some people will be into.

An underrated game. Love the story. I also appreciate the fact that we have to gain affection with a couple of male characters. Outfit variety is good too. Thumbs up for the little reference you made to a certain other game(I believe it was in Midori's story). Keep up the great work!
Some advice for the Itch page, if you are interested. I would suggest updating things a little: less screenshots(current amount is a bit ridiculous), I personally prefer when they don't go below development log/comment box; fill up the empty space in the description with a bit more information(turning your links into images could also help), you could even put a couple of screenshots there; something for the sides, so it's not just purple background.

I don't know if it was the developer or some fans who made it, but good job with the wiki!
Hello is there anyway you can make a guide? The one you have up does not work right.
What issues are you having with the wiki?
There are no main girl event's in the tab. I only see main event's also there is a lot of data missing.
The character events are in the events section under the main events. What data have you noticed missing?
It does show the character. Just main events
I think you have to go to the lowest part of the page and it will say the names of the characters. When you click on a name it will show you all of the events of the character you clicked on.

As far as I'm aware, Linux should be able to run the current versions. I'm not sure about the Oculus, but I will look into it.

I am not having any more events with Takane . Being that her events are at (22/28). What could that be?
Hey. I would suggest checking the wiki Secrets of Sorcery Wiki | Fandom for how to get the events you haven't got yet. If you're fulfilling the steps and they're still not triggering, please let me know the specific events in the event log.

I deleted the game in between, having reached the end of the current version.
I downloaded it again to answer your request.
I tried to run in the same issue, but i can save just fine.
It may be an issue of corrupted data during my last download, knowing that my internet connection isn't the best.
Or maybe you looked into it and fixed it in the meantime?
In any case all is good and i can save just fine now.

Hi dev is pregnancy planned? Also if you plan to include lesbian content can you make it avoidable or give the opportunity to prevent girls from being lesbians. I don't know why most games don't have the opportunity to avoid it. Sorry for asking this is just that I don't like lesbian content.
Hey there. Yes, optional pregnancy is planned but we are still quite a way away from that in the story. And I see no problem with making any lesbian content optional. I'll make sure there's an option to avoid it.

When I downloaded the game and it said that it was 700MB, I really expected like 2 hours of content. Ive played maybe 8 hours, the story is more deep than I'd expected

I'm really glad you're enjoying it. Pregnancy is something I plan on adding down the line. The story has quite a long way to go before we get to that point, but it is an option I want to implement.
In the last update, during what i think to be the second new interraction with Akira. During the scene at the arcade, "Mom" is displayed instead of his name, in the name display. That begins after Sasha asks him "You met his mother?" up to when she says "It could be a..." and 14 appears.

There have been some difficulties in testing updates for a potential mac version. I wouldn't want to release a game for mac that just didn't work. I'm working to find a testing method, but it may take a while.
i played this game and found it interesting, the characters are very interesting and well written so far, I liked nari, kimiko and hisaki!
i saw that you have no interest in m/m and that's why hisaki won't have sexual content, which is a shame. but what would you think of adding a female protagonist (not exactly following the same role as hikaru) to be able to have sexual content with male characters?

As much as I'm enjoying the game it would be nice to have a hint system so it would be easier to advance the girls' stories
I am looking to create a guide/wiki when not working on an update itself. Unfortunately, I have been very busy with making the updates and my current job. But I will endeavour to get it up and running as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the game is not being ported to mobile at the moment. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
The app isn't only for mobile, it's for every kind of OS. So its for mobile, windows, etc.
They are talking about Itch's desktop app, though its probably better to call it a launcher.
You would have to check to be sure, but I think the game just needs to be uploaded to Itch itself rather than a third party site.

2GB for a 0.02.0 version seem to be a little bit too much tough. I suppose you still use png for images and not webp. You should learn how to compress the game better.
By the way, it's very cool, that you provide download link through google drive, and not mega. But google drive links don't always work, especially if many people downloaded the game recently, so I suggest you to add some alternative download methods, for example mediafire.
I found an error in the event Nya.

I can say it’s a nice game after an hour of playing. It has a good pace and speed telling. There are so many characters… They look unique within the game. They may be hard to develop, but for now I don’t see any problems here.
That magic font looks cool, and I could see its translation on the History page. There are characters and events pages, but they were somehow hard to find. Could you add icons of these windows to the main story window? You know, heart and scroll/book icon.
You have to find some beta readers. The game has too many errors. They aren’t so critical, but numerous. Wrong letters in some words, too low-quality punctuation or its absence, and letters in upper and low cases (The main pretension is the word “I”. You should always write it like this “I”, but in 80% of cases it goes as “i”. There were these type problems with other words).
Thank you for playing and your suggestions. I'll have to look into making some extra ways to the event screens other than the quick menu. I know about the grammar Issues and have been working to fix all of them. When they're fixed reading should be a much better experience.
I can suggest these browser extensions “Grammarly” and “Grammar Checker and Text Rewriter — Linguix”. They help me a lot with writing texts. Although they are only for internet browsers.
Another issue I forgot to mention is the game size. It has 2 Gb, it’s too much for version 0.01. Try to compress images and videos.
Grammarly can be added as an addon to Microsoft Word or you can use their webapp via browser.
